Join us on a leisurely stroll through the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere area, starting from Largo Argentina and the Temple where Julius Caesar was murdered, andthen moving across the Tiber Island from Campo de' Fiori, on of the city's most lively piazzas.
On this tour you will expience the hidden ancient city found below the modern stree level, and as Rome was not built in a day, a little bit of every time period is seen in between: from Medieval to Renaissance to Baroque.
Our knowledgeable guide is a true Rome-ophile, eager to share their enthusiasmfor these parts of the city and to entertain you with the legends and secrets of Rome's most authentic neighborhoods.

Caravaggio and Wine Tasting

The three pillars of Italian civilization food, art and wine converge on one of Enjoy Rome's newest walking tours. Join us for a gastro-cultural stroll through the elegant neighborhoods around the Spanish Steps, with tastings of top-quality wine, cheese, meats and sweets from local purveyors.
Along the way, we will visit some of the churches and squares where masters such as Caravaggio and Bernini left their masterpieces.
The tour starts in Piazza del Popolo with a visit to the St. Maria del Popolo Church with two paintings by Caravaggio. On our way from Piazza del Popolo to the Spanish Steps we walk through some of the most elegant streets including the charming via Margutta with it's art galleries as well as the exclusive via CondottiFrom the Spanish Steps we cross the via del Corso through Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina on our way to the St. Agostino Church. There we can admire another painting by Caravaggio as well as another by Raphael. After our two hour long stroll we finish at a characteristic wine bar for a classic Italian aperitif, where you can try both red and white wine.
